The usual turnaround time is 8-10 working days from the time we receive your case, until you receive it back from us. Making Smiles will process your order and notify you immediately if there are any questions. Occasionally, there might be a delay due to Customs, but this is very rare.

• With a 6 unit or more order, you only pay to ship the cases to Making Smiles.
• Orders with less than 6 units, you pay a nominal shipping charge back to your clinic which will be added to your invoice.

We accept credit card payment, company checks, bank checks and direct bank wire transfers.

Making Smiles policy on confidentiality is very strict in order to protect your clinic privacy. Your information will never be provided to a third party organization for any reason.
